San Carlo Group’s most recent acquisition, the iconic Flying Pizza in Roundhay, Leeds, is now closed for refurbishment. Once the favoured haunt of celebrities and sporting stars; Flying Pizza had lost its sparkle. Now, under the watchful eye of its new owners, the Distefano family, Flying Pizza is currently undergoing a lavish refit. The aim is to restore Flying Pizza to its former glory. Due to reopen late June, the restaurant will feature new, stylish décor, its menu will include favourite Flying Pizza dishes alongside the best of San Carlo and Signor Sassi’s menus.
