Returns and Exchanges

EXCHANGES

It's free to exchange items for a different size, based on stock availability. Shipping is free on the replacement item within the UK, but if you are based outside the EU you will need to pay duties and taxes on this.

To exchange an item please contact the store to speak to an advisor and arrange this.

CANCELING YOUR ORDER

  • You must notify Room 7 in writing via email info@room7.co.uk of your wish to cancel your order in the same day that the order is placed.
  • On receipt of your notice of contract cancellation a refund will be made and the order will be cancelled. It may take up to 10 working days for the monies to return to your account depending on the bank or card used.
Receiving a refund

Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card, a Room 7 account or in store credit. All refunds exclude shipping costs for customers within the UK (with the exception of faulty items).

Shipping costs for goods outside of the UK will be charged to the customer.

Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

Important information
  • All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
  • If you want to return an item(s), you must contact the store within seven days of receiving your order. Items should be returned within these seven days.
  • Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
  • Goods can be sent back directly to the store Room 7, 64 Street Lane, Leeds, LS8 2DQ.
  • Room 7 are not liable for damage or loss of goods in transit.

OUR POLICY

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Room 7 and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.

Please email info@room7.co.uk if any of your purchases have been delivered without appropriate tags or packaging.

Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our store. In case of a dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending the package.

Late Returns

Returns should be requested and sent within seven days of receiving your order.

Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Room 7 and may only be refunded as a store credit.

Clothing

All Clothing must be returned in the condition that it was received. Goods that are sent back in a different state than received may be sent back to the customer.

All Clothing must be returned unworn and sent back packaged.

Shoes

All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.

Faulty goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Where possible, we will offer to send the faulty goods back to the manufacturer and repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced and has been deemed faulty.

If the item is not deemed faulty by the manufacturer the item may be sent back to the customer.

Colours

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Room 7. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
